Out of the Woods: Extended weekend

During our camp, you will work in groups of 3 to 5 people, writing songs to specific tasks and pitches to artists. On Friday and Saturday, all groups will make a song from scratch. On Sunday, the songwriters will be writing lyrics and melodies to a track the producers have prepared for the occasion.

When you apply for this event, you will get a confirmation that you are registered. Since there is a limited amount of spots for this event, we will get back to you about participation after you register on our website.

Schedule:

Thursday:

19.00 - The studio opens.

21.30 - Meet and greet with crackers and cheese.

Friday and Saturday:

09.00 - Breakfast, group designations and determining of target artists for songwriting.

10.00 - Writing and production begins.

13.00 - Lunch.

18.00 - Dinner.

22.00 - Full group gathering and presentation of today’s tunes. Signing of split sheets.

24.00 - Studio closes

On Saturday there will be free bar from 22.00 and the studio will close at 02.00.

Sunday:

10.00 - Breakfast, group designations and determining of target artists for songwriting.

11.00 - Writing and production begins. This day the producers will have a track ready for the group to work on.

13.00 - Lunch.

17.30 - Dinner.

18.00 - Full group gathering and presentation of today’s tunes. Signing of split sheets.

19.00 - Goodbyes.

Included in the registration fee:

• Participation in the camp.
• Accommodation at Trudvang Hotel in Rena which host 2 or 3 people each room ( 3 nights).
• In-studio breakfast and lunch each day as well as dinner each evening.
• Refreshments available in the studio throughout each day.
• Free bar on Saturday night!
• A valuable network of songwriters, producers and musicians.

Price: 3900 NOK

Single person rooms will also be available for an additional cost of 1000 NOK to the registration fee.
